Yes! Our signature Lace Glue is formulated to be water-resistant and sweat-resistant, making it perfect for active lifestyles and humid weather.

Absolutely. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full application to ensure you do not have any sensitivities or allergic reactions.

We recommend using a dedicated lace adhesive remover or an oil-based cleanser. Never pull the lace off forcefully, as this can damage your skin and your natural edges.

The Lace Glue is for long-term hold (1–3 weeks), while the Melting Spray is ideal for a "glueless" look, daily wear, or for melting the lace into the skin for a seamless finish after gluing.

You can book directly through our Booking Page on this website. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.

We allow a 15-minute grace period. However, if you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

To ensure a relaxing environment and due to limited space, extra guests or children are not allowed unless they are also receiving a service.

Please arrive with your natural hair thoroughly washed, detangled, and blown dry. If your hair is not prepared, an additional prep fee may apply or your service may be delayed.

If your service includes bleaching knots or plucking, please drop off your wig at the salon at least 2–3 days before your scheduled appointment.

No. All deposits ($30) are non-refundable. If you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to a new date once.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all sales for hair extensions, adhesives, and styling products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please take photos of the damaged item and the packaging and email them to sales@dieuloubeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
