Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Dieulou Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to provide a fair and professional experience for both our stylists and our valued clients.

1. Deposits & Payments

  • $30 Non-Refundable Deposit: Every appointment requires a $30 deposit to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total service balance.

  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. We accept Cash, Credit Card, or Zelle.

2. Punctuality & Late Policy

  • Strict Starting Time: If your appointment is scheduled for a specific time (e.g., 2:00 PM), that is exactly when we begin. We commit to being ready for you on time, and we ask that you make every effort to arrive early or exactly at your scheduled time. We will not take time away from your slot to accommodate others; your time is yours.

  • 30-Minute Cancellation: We allow a 15-minute grace period. However, arriving 30 minutes late will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment and the forfeiture of your $30 deposit.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Rule: If you need to reschedule or cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling: Deposits can be transferred to a new date once, provided the change is made outside the 24-hour window.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again.

4. Preparation for Your Appointment

  • Hair Preparation: Please arrive with your natural hair washed, detangled, and blown dry unless you have booked an additional wash service.

  • Lace Drop-Off: If your service requires customization (bleaching knots/plucking), your lace/wig must be dropped off at the salon at least 2–3 days before your appointment.

  • Makeup Services: Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face and groomed eyebrows for the best results.

5. Refund Policy on Services

  • All Services are Non-Refundable: Once you leave the salon, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the service provided.

  • Adjustments: If you experience any issues with your install (e.g., lifting) within the first 48 hours, please contact us immediately for a complimentary adjustment.

6. Guest Policy

To ensure a relaxing environment and due to limited space in the salon, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are also receiving a service.

7. Emergency/After-Hours Appointments

Appointments requested outside of our regular business hours or "squeeze-in" appointments are subject to an additional Emergency Fee. Please contact us directly for availability.
