Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Dieulou Beauty. We take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Because we specialize in hair extensions and professional adhesives, we adhere to strict health and hygiene regulations.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (Lace Glue, Wax Sticks, Melting Sprays, and Hair Extensions), all sales are final. * Hygiene & Safety: For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been removed from its original packaging, or on adhesives and styling products that have been opened or used.

  • Adhesive Products: We do not offer returns based on personal results, as skin chemistry and application methods vary. We highly recommend a patch test before full application.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We inspect every order before it leaves our facility. However, if you receive the wrong item or a product that was damaged during transit, we are happy to resolve this for you.

  • Reporting Time: You must contact us at sales@dieuloubeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirements: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Appointment Deposits (Services)

For our Lace Application and Makeup services:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time to transfer your deposit to a future date.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in the total loss of the deposit.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

In the rare event that a refund is approved (such as an out-of-stock item), the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a return is authorized for a mistake made by Dieulou Beauty, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
